THE EVOLUTION OF PRINT
PRINT was developed by Dr Paul Hertz, based on insights gained as a protégé for Dr W. Edwards Deming – the primary force behind the world’s Quality Movement:
“What we observed was a lot of smart, logical, well-intentioned people acting in ways that were not very smart and logical. There was miscommunication, misunderstanding, even conflict within teams, across departments, between managers and their people.
Existing profiling tools did a great job of describing what we were seeing. But they didn’t get to the why. And because of that, we couldn’t sufi ciently change the behaviours and deliver the quality improvements we were looking for.”

This is a free workshop.
During PRINT’s transformative workshop you’ll discover strategies to stay in your ‘Best Self’, and manage the “Triggers” that can bring out your ‘Shadow’ behaviours. Shadow behaviours have been proven to be responsible for 65% of performance issues, 50% of merger and acquisition failures and 90% of involuntary dismissals.
