This module presents strategies to communicate in new and improved ways with others, enhancing understanding, relationships and collaboration. This PRINT® module is built around the Platinum Rule: ‘Speak to people in the way that they would want to be spoken to (rather than the way you would want to be spoken to)’.

Learning the preferred communication mode and format for each PRINT® is a core part of this module. It leaves delegates with a heightened understanding of how to adapt their communication style for each PRINT, and increased skills to do so.
