Case study: Creating self-aware leaders
The leaders of a UK chemical manufacturing plant wanted to significantly improve efficiency. The Managing Director was committed to transforming the leadership team’s performance and considered a lack of self-awareness amongst them as a significant barrier to achieving success. PRINT was used as a core element of the transformation programme, helping leaders to become more aware of their own states, as well as those of their colleagues. With these new levels of awareness, the leadership team has not only become more effective at working collaboratively, but is delivering incredible results through their teams. It has resulted in the company turning a corner and increasing their production and output to a level that has broken all records. Due to its success, PRINT has subsequently been rolled out throughout the company.
