Suzy Stollery

Suzy Stollery is an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach, Certified PRINT® Practitioner, ICF Accredited Emotions Coaching Practitioner™ and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).

Before establishing Beside, her coaching, mentoring and consultancy practice, Suzy spent more than 25 years in senior People and HR leadership roles across global organisations. This first-hand experience enables her to combine credible challenge with practical insight into the realities of leading people, teams and organisations.

Today, Suzy partners with CEOs, founders, boards, executive teams, HR leaders and emerging leadership talent across sectors. She helps clients strengthen their leadership presence and navigate change and complexity with greater clarity, confidence and impact. She also works with leadership teams and organisations to deepen relationships, build healthy, high- performing cultures and achieve sustainable change.

Suzy uses PRINT® to help clients understand how they think, communicate and lead, particularly under pressure. This awareness enables more intentional choices, stronger relationships and more effective leadership.
