Nicola Leyden is Director of HR at Muckle LLP. She has over 20 years experience in HR, with a passion for people engagement and culture.

Nicola leads Muckle LLP’s people strategy and, through innovative people practices, has led the successful and distinctive law firm to achieve Investors in People Platinum status.

Nicola is also co-founder of Beacon Consulting supporting small to medium sized businesses with HR consultancy services.

Prior to Muckle, Nicola headed up award winning HR teams in the education and technology sector.
