Christina Wyatt

Christina is an executive and team coach who works with senior leaders and teams to build trust, strengthen relationships, and improve performance. With 20 years’ experience in corporate leadership, she combines strong commercial insight with a calm, thoughtful coaching approach. Not only a PRINT® coach, Christina is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Team Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC).

She works across sectors including finance, construction, healthcare, and charities, supporting leaders through complexity, change, and growth. Her focus is on helping individuals understand how they show up, especially under pressure and the impact this has on others, creating more effective, aligned teams.

Christina has worked with PRINT® for over eight years, using it to develop deep self-awareness and uncover the drivers behind behaviour.
