Alison is a leadership development specialist with over 15 years’ experience supporting senior leaders and first‑time managers through change.

Alison has worked across hospitality, logistics, and transport, helping organisations strengthen leadership capability and build high‑performance teams. Her work spans leadership programme design, facilitation, assessment centres, and talent consultancy. Collaborative and pragmatic, Alison focuses on simplifying challenges and delivering practical, people‑centred solutions. Alison is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, PRINT® accredited and is based in West Yorkshire.
